Focusing on the manufacturing of chenille emblems has been good to the Dellasega family. We have played a valuable role in the recognition of hundreds of thousands high school athletes, scholars, thespians and musicians. Along the way we have befriended athletic directors, coaches, teachers, parents and others that are shaping the lives of the American youth.

Quality is the hallmark here at U.S. Awards. We use the finest yarns, felt and chenille/embroidery machines available. But that is just part of the story. Our people are what make us different. They are as passionate about putting out a great chenille letter; as the kids are when earning them. We are blessed to have people that have spent a significant part of their lives serving on the U.S. Awards team.

Doug can recall playing under the card table while our parents hand cut letters at night. That’s how far back our ‘chenille’ tradition goes. Doug is a former CPA, but his first love is production and business. After a successful career as VP of Finance for a large manufacturing company, Doug returned to the family business.

Joe Dellasega – Joe is also a CPA, but his passion is marketing and sales. Joe worked at Arthur Andersen, before assuming a financial analyst position with a publicly traded Pizza Hut Franchisee. Joe then assumed the leadership of a promotion marketing group before returning to U.S. Awards to assist Doug in managing the business.
